Coming Soon:

Nature & Landscape Photographic Workshop
What can I expect?

This workshop will totally change the way you look through the lens as well as how you look at your photographs.  Learn to consistently produce photographs that will impress even you (and your friends) and gain the confidence to do so.

What makes good photographers good and great photographers great?  The answer is design, composition, technical skills and imagination.  The best equipment, the strongest subject matter, the most beautiful light and perfect exposures are often not enough to yield great photographs if these four critical and sometimes mysterious elements are missing.

Achieve a better understanding of composition and design. Learn the latest “tricks of the trade” and dramatically increase your control of the photographic process. Developing your own personal vision in photography can be quite exciting.  Expressing it can be unbelievably rewarding.

Attending the Nature & Landscape Photographic Workshop will allow you to:
·       Learn about better “Composition & Design”
·
Learn to “See What Your Camera Sees”
·       Find out about the “Nature & Landscape" photography equipment you need
·       Nail your exposures with the “Zone Exposure System”
·       Learn to “Analyze the Scene” before you make the photograph
·       Learn to use “Filters for Color Photography”
·       During the workshop, you will “Become a Human Light Meter”
·       The BEST time of day to shoot and how to find out (ahead of time) when it is

Bring a small selection of your work to share and receive Alan’s one-on-one critique and tips on how you can improve.  The workshop is open to all levels of experience but is best suited to those looking to expand their vision, creativity and technical skills. The registration fee is $75.00 per person and will include a workbook. The workshop will be limited to a small number of students. Learn more and become a "photographer", not just a "camera operator".

When and where will the workshop be held?

This workshop has not yet been scheduled.

Registration is required prior to the date of the workshop.  Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of the workshop or class will be given a full refund of the registration fee.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop or class will receive one-half of the registration fee.
