When ordering on-line with Focus Photography, we do not ask for a credit card number to be sent over the internet. Instead, once you place your order on-line, we will contact you either by telephone or e-mail to provide a detailed invoice of your selections and arrange for payment (in a more secure environment). Orders are not considered placed until payment has been received. Payment can be made by using Visa, MasterCard, check or Money Order. Charges on your credit card statement will be shown as Focus Photography.

Buyer pays for all shipping costs in the total shipping costs quoted on the Prices page. Item ships from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Most prints are shipped using USPS Priority Mail for US purchases and First Class International Mail for all other purchases. Shipping rates include shipping, handling and packaging costs.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees. Your unframed print order will arrive to you suitably protected and packed. You will get shipping discount if you buy more than one item. Shipping will not occur until after payment has been received, including all shipping costs, and collected funds are confirmed. Please allow 2-3 days to ship painting prints and 2-3 weeks to ship photography prints. Transit times will vary depending on location.

SHIPPING UPGRADES, INSURANCE and TRACKING INFO FOR US BUYERS
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority, with Insurance and/or add the ability to track your package, please email us and we will send you a separate invoice for the added services.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do our best to ensure your item is packaged properly. In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact us right away. We will happily replace the same item provided it is returned within 30 days of when the item was received by the customer. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and we will reship the item at our cost.
